Utilize your existing network with decision-makers in IT services, product, or enterprise clients. Prospect, identify, and acquire new business opportunities. Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement, and Hiring Managers. Drive new account acquisition and expand market presence. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment. Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. What We’re Looking For:Proven track record in IT staffing sales or business development. Strong network across IT services, product companies, or enterprise clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented professional.
