Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Agra. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase sales. The role requires market research, sales forecasting, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will be involved in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Skills in Market Research, Sales Forecasting, and Strategy Development
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the retail or kitchen products industry is a plus
