Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for ALIQAN. The role requires a blend of consultative selling, client engagement, and market research to expand our reach and strengthen our brand in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, staffing, and digital transformation domains.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Delivery, Marketing, and Technology) to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Drive client negotiations, contract discussions, and closure of deals.

Track and report business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Represent ALIQAN at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience (4–8 years) as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in IT Services / IT Staffing / Consulting.

Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing models, and staffing solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at CXO/decision-maker level.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented with strong business acumen.

Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

MBA (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
