Role: Product Strategy – GrowthLocation: BengaluruEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe’re looking for a Product Strategy – Growth professional with 4–6 years of experience to shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2 C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.RESPONSIBILITIES● Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments● Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.● Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance● Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies● Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.● Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master’sfrom a top-tier institution preferredExperience: 4–6 years total experience.At least 2 years in B2 C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quickcommerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)Tools & Skills:● Strong with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling● Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)● Hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis● Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
