Job Summary:

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing data-driven Growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition for Arthrex - Biologic division working together with the Sales & Marketing team at Avana. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various digital marketing expertise, understanding of growth in biologic and proven track record of excellence in orthopaedic biologic sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Growth initiatives across regions,
  • Driving Sales Performance across all regions,
  • Constantly work on existing and new channels, optimization of inventory and acquisition of growth in biologic.
  • Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy and working on executing and measuring performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales team, marketing team and medical education team to execute marketing initiatives & Training needs,
  • Own and execute new initiatives with complete ownership.

Requirements:

  • Has a good Knowledge of Sales & Marketing of Pharmaceutical products or FMCG.
  • 75% of Travel required.
  • Is ready to hustle and go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Uses data to make decisions and improve strategies.
  • Can communicate effectively and work well with others.
