Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business development, market expansion, and key account management.
- Build strong relationships with clients across various industries (B2B & B2C) to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Identify new opportunities for sales growth by analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful client meetings, negotiations, and relationship-building.
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales or related field.
Degree from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
