Purpose of the Business Development Manager role is to drive sales growth and profitability within the insurance sector by effectively managing a team of advisors. This position plays a crucial role in recruiting, training, and motivating advisors to achieve sales targets set by the company. By fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring policy persistence, the Business Development Manager contributes to the overall success and profitability of the organization. This role is instrumental in expanding the company's market presence and maximizing revenue opportunities in alignment with business objectives.

- Identify and recruit high-quality prospective insurance advisors.
- Ensure that recruited advisors acquire the necessary licensing to meet company standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and partners.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.

- Monitor and maintain persistence for policies procured by the team of advisors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in BSFI, Life Insurance, or Marketing industries.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to train and develop a team of advisors.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
