Company Description

Prorata is India's first fractional car ownership platform, allowing customers to co-own their dream car by paying as little as 8.33% of the total cost. The model offers 30 days of usage per year for five years without any loans, EMIs, down payments, or rent. After five years, the car is sold and co-owners receive the re-sale value based on their ownership percentage. Customers can buy up to three tickets for additional usage, forming groups of 4-12 people in a 10-20km radius. Prorata's app enables easy date reservations and provides doorstep pickup and drop services for occasional and experiential usage.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Kolkata, with some work from home acceptable. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include communicating with potential clients, following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain and grow the customer base.

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
