As a Senior TA Technology Expert, you will be a core member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for overseeing SGS ATS system (SmartRecruiters). You will be responsible to oversee the design and architecture and overall IT support while maintaining the operational day to day of our ATS as well as supporting recruitment strategy. You will utilize your expertise in recruitment system and data analytics to provide insights that drives strategic decision making but simultaneously provide operational support when necessary.

More specifically, you will:

ATS Management : Oversee the day-to-day management of SmartRecruiters, ensuring data integrity and system optimization. Regularly review and update recruitment processes within SmartRecruiters to enhance functionality and user experience.Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize SmartRecruiters and other data sources to generate insights and reports. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.Innovation and Improvement : Proactively identify and suggest improvements to recruitment processes and strategies based on data insights. Stay abreast of latest trends and technologies in recruitment analytics and ATS functionalities.Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with all stakeholders including TA, HR, hiring managers, and IT to ensure SmartRecruiters and other recruitment tools meet the evolving needs of the organization.Training and Communication : Develop and deliver training sessions for the TA/HR team and hiring managers on new features and best practices. Communicate updates and changes in recruitment processes and systems to all stakeholders.Support Recruitment Processes:

Support the talent acquisition team with reporting needs, process optimization, and implementation of best practices.

QualificationsEssentials:

At least 8 years of experience in HR system, HRIS management, data management and data analyticsKnowledge and working experience with recruitment system specifically SmartRecruitersExperience in SmartRecruiters Architecture & DesignExperience with Enterprise Data Architecture, understanding how data flows into and out of Smart Recruiters to support best in class business processes across the companyExperience implementing and delivering service level agreements for end-user support of ATS System (SmartRecruiters)Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycleStrong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reportingAbility to work in a multicultural and matrix environmentProject management skills for system implementation and upgradesKnowledge of business analysis frameworks and techniques - e.g. business process modeling, continuous improvement, requirements analysis, user stories and use cases definit ion, etc;Organizing and prioritizing requirements using techniques such as product road - maps, epics, user stories and backlogs.Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.Desirable:

Familiarity with Processes and best practices in the Talent AcquisitionKnowledge of standard and best in class HR Information System (HRIS);Knowledge of Workday is a plus;
