We are currently seekingan Operations Coordinator for a prestigious chain of luxurylifestyle store that offer an exclusive boutique experience deeplyrooted in Indian tradition and culture. As the OperationsCoordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamlessfunctioning of our luxury lifestyle store. You will be responsiblefor overseeing various aspects of operations and optimizingprocesses to enhance overallefficiency.

JobResponsibilities:

  • Generateregular reports on key operational metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trendschallenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to seniormanagement for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Continuously assess and improve operationalprocesses for efficiency.
  • Implement bestpractices to streamline daytoday operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation andtechnological enhancements.
  • Implement anduphold quality control measures to maintain product standards.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance teamto address any productrelated issues.
  • Monitorcustomer feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze operationalprocesses identifying areas for improvement and implementingnecessary changes.
  • Make datadriven decisionsto optimize resource utilization and minimize wastage.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processesand improve operational efficiency.
  • Leadprocess improvement initiatives working crossfunctionally withother departments to drive changes and enhance overall performance.
  • Identify potential risks in operationalprocesses and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Proactively address issues and developcontingency plans to maintain continuity in critical operations.
  • Conduct regular stock assessments andimplement strategies for stock optimization.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensureaccurate product availability.
  • Resolve anyorderrelated issues promptly and maintain a high level of customersatisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with suppliers and vendors.

JobRequirements:

  • Graduationor Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a relatedfield.
  • Proven 12 years of experience inoperations coordination preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel andPowerPoint with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Good proficiency in using tools for reportingand presentations
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onnew platforms and analytics tools.
  • Should havean analytical background.
  • Willingness fordomestic and other travels
