Operations Coordinator chembur

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordination of Crane Operations**:
- Schedule and coordinate crane operations according to client requirements and project timelines.
- Liaise with project managers, crane operators, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient deployment of resources.
- Monitor the progress of crane operations and address any issues or delays promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards during crane operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of cranes and equipment to identify and address any potential hazards.
- Provide safety training and guidance to crane operators and other personnel involved in crane operations.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory including cranes, spare parts, and other equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of required inventory.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with records.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to crane operations such as work orders, permits, and incident reports.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilization rates, downtime, and maintenance costs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in crane operations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to crane operations.
- Address customer feedback and strive to exceed client expectations in terms of service quality and responsiveness.
