Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract the best IT professionals.Collaborative Approach:

Partner with senior management and department heads to ensure recruitment strategies align with IT staffing needs.Diverse Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to discover potential candidates.Candidate Screening:

Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Network Building:

Proactively research the market and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.Hiring Manager Support:

Work closely with hiring managers, providing guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.Market Insights:

Prepare detailed market mapping reports to give hiring managers a comprehensive understanding of the available talent pool before starting the recruitment process.Progress Updates:

Regularly inform the management team about recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.Brand Ambassadorship:

Job Specifications:Proven experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the technology industry.In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Expertise in sourcing profiles through
