The Sr Manager and Jr Manager will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing a team of professionals to drive sales and revenue growth.BD Profiles-

Responsible for sales of pharmaceutical Prescription, OTC and ethical products.-

To promote product range to pharmacy, distributor and institutions.-

Ensure brand development and market share growth.-

To promote products to institutions,-

Regular identification of new products, brand extension for growth.-

Building KOL to increase business.-

Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products, evaluate newer opportunities for current and future product portfolio.-

Taking timely feedback, analysing & taking corrective actions to have a winning edge-

Evolving short term & long-term marketing strategies to enhance our brand’s market share. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in managing and mentoring a teamBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of industry trends and market insights
