We are now expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and retain top-notch talent across various domains.
Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and Recruitment :
- Utilize LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter platform and other recruiting tools to source high-caliber candidates in marketing (Chief Marketing Officer, Performance Marketers, Content Managers, Content Creators, Communication Managers, SEO specialists, SMO specialists, Web Developers, Video Editors) and healthcare domains (Doctors, Psychologists, Nutritionists) and but not limited to operational roles (Telesales, Accounts, Front Desk).
- Candidate Screening and Interviews :
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and conduct virtual interviews via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person walk-in interviews.
- Provide shortlisted candidates to higher management for final selection.
- Job Descriptions and KPIs :
- Create detailed job descriptions for various positions.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance and success of hired candidates.
- Develop and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS) to evaluate and manage employee performance.
- Negotiation and Finalization :
- Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates to align with company budgetary constraints and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Close offers, ensuring seamless negotiation and agreement.
- Onboarding and Retention :
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee performance and manage the process for firing or relieving underperforming employees when necessary.
- End-to-End Process Management :
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, retaining, and, when necessary, relieving employees.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter platform and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in creating job descriptions, KPIs, and performance management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- MBA in HR Management.
Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong interviewing skills, both telephonic and face-to-face.
- Strategic thinking and ability to attract top-notch talent across various domains.
- Excellent negotiation skills for salary and offer management.
