Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand engineering staffing needs and priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering positions.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract engineering talent.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Perform thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand in the vents, conferences, and networking activities to connect with potential candidates.
- Provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in engineering recruitment.
- Familiarity with engineering roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience:
- Demonstrated success in recruiting engineering professionals.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with technical assessments and interview techniques for engineering positions.
