Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand engineering staffing needs and priorities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering positions.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract engineering talent.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Perform thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand in the vents, conferences, and networking activities to connect with potential candidates.
  • Provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics and insights.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in engineering recruitment.
  • Familiarity with engineering roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.


Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in recruiting engineering professionals.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments and interview techniques for engineering positions.
