Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for identifying and recruiting top technical and product talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in niche talent acquisition, focusing on tech and product hiring, and demonstrate the ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy Development : Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs, define talent requirements, and create recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, particularly in technical and product areas.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Management : Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as headhunting, social media engagement, networking, and talent mapping to build a strong talent pipeline. Experience in niche, hard-to-fill roles is a must.
  • Candidate Engagement & Experience : Implement candidate engagement strategies using Recrud's proprietary Candidate Engagement Score (CES) to improve candidate interest and retention throughout the hiring process​(Recrud).
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Ensure the time-to-hire metric is met or improved.
  • Technical & Product Hiring : Specialize in sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists) and product roles (e.g., Product Managers, UX Designers) with a focus on niche talent acquisition.
  • Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct thorough candidate assessments, leveraging Recrud’s Innovation Potential Index (IPI) and Skill Adaptability Quotient (SAQ) tools to ensure the right cultural fit and technical capabilities​.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives. Collaborate on workforce planning and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Diversity & Inclusion : Promote diversity in hiring by implementing inclusive talent acquisition practices, ensuring a diverse talent pool through bias-free selection processes and broadened sourcing strategies​(Recrud).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics and reporting to provide insights into recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction rates.
  • Talent Acquisition Tools : Leverage Recrud’s advanced recruitment technology, including Cultural Contribution Factor (CCF) and Network Impact Value (NIV) to identify top talent that fits organizational culture and contributes to growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical and product hiring with a proven track record of recruiting niche, hard-to-fill roles.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge : In-depth understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, data science, DevOps, and product management.
  • Recruitment Expertise : Extensive experience in using ATS, sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other headhunting methods.
  • Niche Talent Acquisition : Strong background in identifying and attracting hard-to-find talent, particularly in the technology and product sectors.
  • Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Problem Solving : Ability to solve recruitment challenges creatively and strategically.
