Job Role:

  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions in verbal reasoning, English communication, and soft skills.
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content, mock tests, and assignments for students preparing for competitive exams.
  • Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve course materials and delivery methods.
  • Integrate modern digital tools and platforms for online and blended learning environments.
  • Mentor students on test-taking strategies, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and written communication.
  • Contribute to workshops, webinars, and curriculum design for continuous program improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Linguistics / English / Communication or related field (preferred: MA in Applied Linguistics).
  • 3+ years of experience in English/verbal training for exams like GMAT, CAT, GRE, SAT, etc.
  • Experience in content writing and editing for academic or corporate purposes.
  • Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pedagogy.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Canva, and educational tech platforms.
