Job Title: Senior SAP Security Consultant

Budget: Maximum 30 LPA (Maximum 30% hike on your current CTC including veriable)

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP security policies, roles, and authorizations to safeguard critical business data.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory.
  • Develop and maintain GRC access controls, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and optimize SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management) modules.
  • Design and implement GRC workflows, mitigation controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Conduct periodic GRC reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Develop and maintain SAP security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes within the SAP environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP security incident response, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide timely resolution to security-related issues and troubleshoot security incidents within the SAP landscape.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Compliance, and Audit departments, to address security requirements and concerns.

Skills Required

  • Extensive experience with SAP Security design, implementation, and administration.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP IAS and other SAP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP security best practices, principles, and methodologies.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate SAP security risks effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and leading security initiatives.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • SAP certifications related to Security and GRC are highly desirable.

Minimum Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
