Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer (Sr TSE/TSE) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, helping them resolve issues related to our products and services. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate critical issues.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ticketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, or API integrations is a plus.
