Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Marketing Manager at Curly Tales in Mumbai. The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for customer retention strategies, marketing analytics, market segmentation, and project management to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.


Expectations

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the business to identify compelling campaign opportunities around our mobile app audience 
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of channels and platforms
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn rate, and drive repeat purchases.
  • Personalization: Leverage customer data and segmentation to deliver personalized experiences and offers to different customer groups, enhancing engagement and loyalty.
  • Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns. Experiment to increase impact and engagement and implement improvements
  • Set the vision, roadmap, and direction for the Customer Data Platform
  • Planning & execution of online campaigns on Marketing Automation which may include email, SMS, Push Notifications, inApp notification, onsite Promotions, users journeys etc.
  • Post-Install Conversion rates, User Engagements across primary Lines of Businesses & Other Health Metrics
  • Use Segmentation, Personalization & Dynamic Content to drive the Multi-Channel & Multi-Device Communication strategy via Marketing Automation Tool to enable scale
  • Work closely with Tech, Product, & Revenue Team to execute Engagement/ Retention Activities
  • Using marketing automation on Webengage/clevertap to build hyper personalized dynamic content campaigns basis real time user triggers


Skills

  • Deep working knowledge of CleverTap, awareness of Moengage, Webengage etc.
  • Extensive experience in running campaigns and related retention strategies
  • Should know Google Analytics and performance metrics like events, impressions, CTR, open rates etc.
