We bring together top-tier teams across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, focused on scaling, turnarounds, and experimenting for results. This role is specifically for our consumer team

Position:

Fractional Growth ManagerType:

Part-time, Project-basedLocation:

Remote

Responsibilities:Develop quarterly growth plans with the Project Lead to achieve key revenue milestonesCollaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure growth objectives are metTrack and measure growth funnels, create Weekly Business Review (WBR) materials, and maintain daily reportingManage internal dashboards, CRM, and data rooms, and run campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platformsOversee 3-4 projects monthly, committing approximately 14-15 hours per project per week.

Who We’re Looking For:✅ Strong hands-on experience in areas like Repeat Purchase, Retention, Engagement, Renewals, SEO, CRM, and paid growth channels (Meta, Google, affiliates, influencers)✅ Proven execution and ownership in growth channels✅ 4+ years in growth and data roles for early-stage companies (Seed to Series A)✅ Experience in roles like Growth Manager, Growth Analyst, or Performance Marketing Manager/Analyst✅ Ownership mindset—driven, accountable, and proactive
