Job Responsibilities:Reviewing new orders for accuracy and completenessNew order processing on a web-based systemCustomer enquiry clarificationsMaintain service levels and high levels of accuracyPlacing orders with our partners on a web-based order processing system; Monitoring the status of these orders, taking appropriate action depending on the status.Maintaining a high level of accuracy with respect to all activities.Ensuring that customer requirements are met on a timely basis; and maintaining accurate records of activities in our own internal systems.Qualification:Any DegreeTechnical skills:Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data.Skill in reviewing, proofing and verifying data.Able to learn new concepts quickly.Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; A creative problem-solver.Knowledge of basic computer operations.Strong organizational skills.Highly motivated in the performance of sometimes repetitive duties with very low room for error.
