Senior Sales Manager (Current Account/Household)Function/ Department:

Branch BankingJob Purpose:This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of acquisition managers who sell current and savings accounts to customers. This role also oversees the sales targets, strategies, policies and procedures of the team, and ensures compliance with the bank's standards and regulations. They also monitor the performance, training and development of the acquisition managers.Roles & Responsibilities:Leading and coaching a team of acquisition Managers who are responsible for acquiring new customers for liabilities products and generating fee incomeEnsuring that the acquisition process is followed and that the market coverage is optimalActivating customers on digital platforms and driving transactions to meet the assigned targetsProviding and updating product knowledge to the team members and ensuring that they are aware of the latest product features and benefitsresolving customer queries in a timely and satisfactory mannerMaintaining adequate staffing levels in the branch and reducing team attritionManaging customer-centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality standardsRecommending process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch networkConducting regular activities in the catchment area to attract high-quality, high-net-worth customers and increase the visibility of IDFC First BankWorking on key central initiatives and seeking referrals from existing customersCollaborating with other team members and support functions to provide comprehensive products and service solutions to customersEducation Qualification:Graduation: Any GraduateExperience:
