KeyResponsibilities
  • LeadGeneration and ClientAcquisition:
  • Employ variousmethods (networking cold calling social media outreach etc.) toidentify potential clients seeking technical talent and/ordevelopment services.
  • Conduct thorough researchto create a targeted list ofprospects.
  • Initiate conversations present ourservices and schedule indepthconsultations.
  • Client Onboardingand Needs Assessment:
  • Conductindepth needs assessments to understand client pain points anddesired outcomes for development work and talentneeds.
  • Seamlessly onboard new clients ensuringall procedures and documentation are completedeffectively.
  • Sourcing DevelopmentProjects
  • Proactively network andutilize existing relationships to identify and secure softwaredevelopment projects aligned with our teamsexpertise.
  • Collaborate with technical leads toassess project feasibility and potentialprofitability.
  • Proposal Creationand Negotiation:
  • Preparecompelling proposals outlining project scope timelines costs andtalent options.
  • Negotiate favorable terms forboth the client and thecompany.
  • RelationshipManagement:
  • Build strong lastingrelationships with clients fostering trust and becoming their gotoresource for their technicalneeds.
  • Collaboration:
  • Workclosely with internal teams (recruiting project management) toensure successful client onboarding and projectexecution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 12 years of proven experience in sales or businessdevelopment ideally in the staffing or IT servicesindustry.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communicationskills.
  • Networker: Adept at building relationships and identifyingopportunities.
  • Selfdriven: Demonstrated ability to work independently proactively seeking andqualifyingleads.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasionskills.
  • TechnologyAptitude: Basic understanding of softwaredevelopment concepts and technologies is aplus.
