Job Summary


The Business Process Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of TheraYog. This includes handling customer escalations, maintaining databases, providing transactional support, and utilizing various software tools efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient business operations, ultimately contributing to the satisfaction and retention of our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Escalations:

Address customer issues related to the delivery of digital products promptly and effectively over calls, emails and chat.

  • Database Management:

Maintain and organize operational databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Transactional Support:

Assist in the transaction processes for purchasing digital products and services.

  • Software Proficiency:

Utilize various software tools efficiently, including:

  • CRM systems
  • LMS (Learning Management Systems)
  • HMS (Hospital Management System)
  • Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Pabbly/Zapier or any other for similar automation tool (preferred)


Additional Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously analyze operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Propose and implement strategies for process improvement to enhance overall productivity and service delivery.

Vendor and Partner Coordination:

  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Manage and track agreements, renewals, and compliance with vendors.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the Data analytics team and present insights and recommendations to management to support data-driven decisions.

Risk Management:

  • Assist in managing operational risks, conducting regular audits of processes and transactions.

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of business projects, including product launches and service updates.


Qualifications

Degree:

BCA or B.Tech.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with technology and software tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
