Overview

BHARTI HR is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our presence on Upwork and Freelancer.com platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills to identify and engage with freelancers, bid on relevant projects, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.com, optimizing them for visibility and relevance.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
  • Lead Generation and Bidding:
    • Identify potential projects and clients on Upwork and Freelancer.com that align with the company's expertise.
    • Craft compelling proposals, bid on relevant projects, and ensure a competitive edge in the bidding process.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on freelance platforms.
    • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and freelance platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed project acquisition targets.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
