BHARTI HR is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our presence on Upwork and Freelancer.com platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills to identify and engage with freelancers, bid on relevant projects, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.com, optimizing them for visibility and relevance.
- Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
- Lead Generation and Bidding:
- Identify potential projects and clients on Upwork and Freelancer.com that align with the company's expertise.
- Craft compelling proposals, bid on relevant projects, and ensure a competitive edge in the bidding process.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on freelance platforms.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
- Familiarity with the IT industry and freelance platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed project acquisition targets.
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
