We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for mid to senior-level positions. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment skills, demonstrate excellent stakeholder management abilities, and have a robust network within the industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies that align to business goals.

This position is for Our Client in Real estate and leasing .

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Train and mentor junior recruitment staff as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment management, with a focus on mid to senior-level hiring for Non IT .
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to network effectively within the industry to build a talent pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • MBA is preferred.
