- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent Team Handling Skills
- Experience in Sales Lead Generation
- Experience in playing SDR role in Enterprise SaaS organisation
- Needs to enjoy researching on the internet and adept at social media platforms
Responsibilities:
- The candidate needs to build business connects with prospects over emails and social media platforms
- As an SDR you will need to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and product demos/presentations
- Should be an individual contributor till a viable business threshold is reached
- Understand category-specific requirements and market potential
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Growth path:
- The Associate will initially be on a 6-month probation
- At the end of successful probation the Trainee will be confirmed with a revised salary as well as updated quota.
