ob Position: Service Manager

Purpose of the Job:

This position will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day

operations in the workshop. It requires the job holder to co-ordinate resources and liaise with internal and

external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to a quality standard.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Answer all calls that come to Ather Retail Space - provide guidance and information over the phone to

help them to Service their Ather electric scooter.

 Initial meet and greet- welcome customers who enter Ather Retail Space offer assistance and guide them

to a Service Advisor if required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Intimate repair cost and time and take customer's approval.

 Inform on pending jobs (if so) or future jobs to be carried out on the vehicle

 Hand over and collect the instant feedback form from the customer

 Inform next service due date and Kms, put stickers on the vehicle

 Seeing off the customer after giving gate pass

Specialized

Knowledge & Skills  Graduate with experience in automobile dealership operations

 Strong interpersonal skills

 Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to senior

management

 Can look beyond the initial customer enquiry and identify other business

opportunities.

Qualification  Graduation/Diploma/

Experience  3-5years' experience in managing Workshop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
