Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator in Kozhikode at SOLAR CONNECT
. The
Service Coordinator
will be responsible for coordinating services related to solar,surveillance systems and EV charging stations, managing daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication between different teams. The ideal candidate will handle customer service inquiries, coordinate with technicians and installers, and maintain a high standard of service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service activities for Solar, CCTV, and Automation projects.
  • Monitor daily generation data from solar power systems through portals or dashboards.
  • Prepare and maintain
    daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reports
    .
  • Follow up with clients for maintenance and service schedules.
  • Log, assign, and track service calls until resolution.
  • Coordinate with field engineers and service teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed service documentation and records.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
  • Customer Service experience


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in service coordination or operations (preferred in Solar/Electrical/CCTV).
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of Solar plant monitoring platforms (GoodWe, Enphase, Sungrow, etc.) preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
