Who are you? Technically, I am hands-on but closer to working shoulder-to-shoulder with the customer or a seasoned Solutions Architect. 


Job Duties:

  • As an Undo expert, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our strategic customers: 


  • Pre-Sales Engineering
  • Collaborate with the sales team throughout the Pre-Sales process, from initial customer meetings to technical evaluation and solution delivery. Responsible for running demos, whiteboard sessions, smoke tests, and technical assessments. 
  • Work with customers to qualify work related to deployment/integration. This will involve creating the SOW and qualifying and defining tasks for the Undo team and customer.
  • Lead the drafting of technical proposals for salespersons. 


  • Product Deployment Support: 
  • With your expertise, you will assist the deployment of Undo’s Time Travel Debugging solution, working with Undo customer success/customer engineering resources.
  • Find/identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts by developing strategic and deep relationships with engineers/architects in the customer.


  • Product Support/Customer Training:
  • Help and train Undo’s customers to improve their efficiency, productivity, and use of the Time Travel Debugging technology.
  • Providing and coordinating L1 support (if required) for assigned customers through their solution implementation and verifying that these workflows are efficient and within customer expectations.
  • Customer training will require travel domestically and internationally (typically twice a quarter).


Join forces with Undo's R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to inspire and shape the direction of our products and workflows, driven by our unwavering commitment to meet and exceed customer expectations.


Required Experience :

At least 5 years of technical and commercial experience, preferably in a Networking, EDA, Database software or Financial Services company


Technical Skills :

  • Experience of developing in at least one of C, C++, Java or Python on Linux - Required
  • Some understanding of low-level concepts, such as the Linux kernel, device drivers, compiler/debugger internals, x86, ARM, or other assembly, or JIT compilers.


Non-technical skills:

  • Entrepreneurial nature, able to seek out new opportunities and “make things happen” (you don’t expect to be assigned tasks).
  • Strong sales ability: able to identify customer needs and work with customer psychology and navigate the customer organizational politics to achieve Undo company goals.


Education:

A B.Tech / BS / M.Tech / MS equivalent in Computer Science or another STEM course is necessary.
