About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at our Banaswadi, Bangalore office. This role is perfect for a fresher eager to start a career in business development, learn sales strategies, and contribute to the company's growth in a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the target market.- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Client Relationship Building:

- Engage with prospective clients to explain the company’s services and offerings.- Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and expectations.

Sales Support:

- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.- Collaborate with the sales team to help close deals and meet revenue targets.

Market Research:

- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.- Provide actionable insights to the business development team.

Administrative Tasks:

- Update client information and interactions in the CRM system.- Track and report lead generation, outreach, and sales conversion metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Confidence in client interactions and presentations.- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
