Essential Skills and Qualifications:· Lead Generation: Proven track record of effectively generating leads, particularly in the outsourcing industry, using both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear and persuasive messages.· Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans based on industry trends, data analysis, and company goals.· Adaptability and Creativity: Capable of quickly adapting strategies to respond to market changes and creative problem-solving.· Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while also capable of independently managing projects.

Desirable Additional Skills:1.

CRM Software Proficiency: Familiar with customer relationship management systems like Salesforce or Zoho to manage leads and customer interactions.2.

Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.3.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the outsourcing industry's dynamics and challenges can be a significant advantage.
