We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies specifically focused on international markets.


Edumilestones, is a B2B company. At core, we are a premium technology solutions and service provider helping set up, establish and scale businesses into the fields of career counselling and study abroad business vertical across 30+ countries.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify and understand target markets and ideal customer profiles across various international regions.

• Utilize Apollo.io and other lead generation tools to research, identify, and qualify potential leads.

• Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns tailored for international audiences, leveraging knowledge of emailer campaign funnels.

• Craft compelling email copy that resonates with international audiences, considering cultural nuances and communication styles.

• Implement A/B testing and data analysis to optimize email campaigns for maximum reach and conversion rates.

• Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using a CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

• Stay up-to-date on international marketing trends and best practices.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts.


Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably with a focus on international markets.

• Proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and campaign funnels (e.g., nurture sequences).

• Expertise in using Apollo.io or similar lead generation tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for international audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in a CRM system is a plus.

• Fluency in a second language, particularly relevant to your target market, is a highly desirable asset.

• Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)

• Location: Koramangala – Bangalore (This is a work from office profile)
