Job Description Lead end-to-end design of the c lient's website with a focus on clean, conversion-driven, high-impact UI/UX. Define and evolve their visual identity across all online and digital brand touchpoints. Establish and maintain a scalable design system that reflects the company's intelligence-first ethos. Translate complex messaging into simple, elegant, and compelling visual narratives. Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development to execute campaigns with high visual fidelity and speed. Guide and mentor other designers - you'll have one direct report from Day 1, with a scope to grow a larger team. Ensure design quality, consistency, and excellence across all marketing assets and channels. The Successful Applicant 4-6 years of experience in visual and web design, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. A portfolio that shows cases stunning websites, clean design language, and deep UI/UX thinking. Strong understanding of information hierarchy, interaction design, and responsive design. Fluency in tools like Figma, Web flow (or equivalent), Adobe Creative Suite. High speed of execution and ability to operate in fast-paced environments. A strong design POV - you care deeply about aesthetics, usability, and originality. Leadership experience or a demonstrated appetite to own and scale the design function.
