Description:Position Title
Sales Manager Grade/ Band Assistant / Deputy Manager-Function Pre - SalesLocation Across citiesReports to Zonal Sales ManagerPurposeThe role holder is responsible for enhancing presence in the assigned territory through new channel Appointments and end to end operationalization of the partner centers.Role and responsibilities Weightage (%)Achieve high quality sign- ups by:Aggressively chasing leads provided by the central team.Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches.JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER2. Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by:Achieving timely operationalizationAchieving revenue target basis operationalization.Following excellence in the transition process.Guiding the prospective channel partner to identify suitable property that meet the criterion laid down by the Company.Ensuring timely collection of Franchise fees.Billing necessary furniture and equipment to the new partners to make them operationally ready.Providing the partner with Franchise manual and other essentials to get them fit-out ready within timeline.Coordinating with cross functional teams to hand-hold the partner until inauguration.Enabling the new partner with sourcing of mandated Welcome Kits for inauguration.3. Run pre-Launch marketing initiatives for business generation by:Coordinating with Marketing Team to identify suitable areas and tools to ensure visibility and generate enquiries.Ensuring POP materials are in place as per Pre Sign off discussion.4. To complete sales administration and compliance by:Managing and updating Lead Management System.Meeting daily market visit norms.Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel managementValidating KYC of the prospective channel partner and subsequent submission to HO to ensure sign off of MOU and Agreement.Experience and QualificationEssential DesirableGraduate with 5-8 years of experience infranchise acquisition and deal making.MBA Sales & Marketing with 4-6 years of experience in education/ retail/ franchising.Competencies Functional BehavioralSales Knowledge- Influencing and Convincing.Self-Management – result orientation.Sales Process- Initiative and problem solving.Managing client relationship- Customer orientation.Interpersonal influence.Can do orientation.Agility.Excellent communication skills.Negotiation skills.Self- starter.Accountability.Key Stakeholders that the role holder will interact with Internal ExternalFranchise management teams.COTAcademic operations teams.Prospective entrepreneurism the domain of early child hood education.Real estate agents.
