
Banquet Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating banquet sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of events to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquets, weddings, and corporate events.
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare proposals/contracts.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Coordinate with banquet operations, F&B, and other departments for smooth event execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in revenue forecasting.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Hotel Management degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of banquet/event sales experience in hospitality.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and events efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
