Job Summary:
Responsible for generating banquet sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of events to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquets, weddings, and corporate events.
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare proposals/contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
  • Coordinate with banquet operations, F&B, and other departments for smooth event execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in revenue forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Hotel Management degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of banquet/event sales experience in hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and events efficiently.
  • Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
