Job Description:

The Account Manager position is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing ones in the region. The account manager needs to identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by engendering trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing ELV (including security, cabling, Audio Visual system) expertise to fulfill a specific client’s needs.

Main Responsibilities:

- Proactively achieve personal and dept. revenue and profit targets.- Generate and identify sales leads.- Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.- Prepare quotations and preliminary system design.- Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation, and market share.- Enhance CONVERGINT brand name and image through sales and marketing channels.- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies.- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide a client consultation.- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison when necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.- Minimum 3 years of hands-on solution-based sales experience.- Proven track record of sales achievements in previous experience.- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability.- Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.- Strong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skills are required.- Demonstrated influencing skills.- Ability to work independently and interact with the sales team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong financial analytical skills.- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.- Self-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
