We are seeking a results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to expand our furniture business by identifying new opportunities, securing partnerships, and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development Strategy : Formulate and execute strategies to drive B2B sales growth in alignment with company objectives
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify and engage potential clients (retailers, corporates, distributors), deliver portfolio presentations, and close new business deals
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of client projects
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing : Lead pricing and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Market Research & Intelligence : Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and position the company as an industry leader
  • Reporting & Analysis : Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to management


Key Requirements:


  • Experience: Bachelors degree with a 5-7 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sectors. MBA is a plus
  • Skills: Strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Google Suite
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, strategic thinker, with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
