Responsibilities
● Generating qualified leads through different channels and scheduling meetings with the decision-makers.
● Giving quick responses to client queries and questions.
● Building trust, and deep relationships with the client.
● Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of the constantly changing industry landscape and products.
● Ensuring strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business with the customer. Meeting sales targets with help from team members.
● Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
● Acquiring corporate clients & meeting sales targets.
● Client relationship management, client servicing & account management.
● Understanding client requirements, presenting customized solutions & quotations.
● End-to-end coordination of orders with the Operations department & ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or MBA in sales & Marketing
Experience: 3 years prior corporate sales experience and of B2B sales and management experience (Edtech industry experience is mandatory)
Work Location: Bangalore
Must Have:
● We need B2C sales agents for finance courses such as CMA and CPA from Upgrade, emeritus enterprise.
● Should have experience in selling training or courses to companies(B2B)
● We are looking for sales agents who have sold training programs to corporates and companies for their staff development.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
