Office Hours : 1.30/2pm IST to 10.30pm IST (The role needs to have around 5 hours overlap with US)


Preferably looking for people from captives of global investment and asset management companies or captives of global PE firms.


Must have experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, building the GCC captive centre for FS entities in private equity space.


Prior experience of setting up GCC and being a part of the GCC growth story is a must.


Responsibilities :

  • Developing the employee value proposition for building the captive team size across finance, operations, and support function areas of the captive.
  • Should be able to draw the JDs and attract the right talent across PE functions…Key functions include fund accounting for PE and hedge funds, management company accounting, expense attribution and allocation cash reconciliation, accounts payable, client services, sales and investor reporting, financial reporting, fund reporting, valuation, compliance, global procurement, IT operations, IT warehouse management, legal, compliance, etc.
  • The individual will Partner with Business leaders to provide innovative value driven HR strategies and solutions to assist with achievement of their business objectives while attracting, retaining and developing talent. Advise employees on their professional development and performance.
  • Talent acquisition, PMS, Talent management, Compensation & benefits, Organization Design & Development, Regulatory & Statutory compliances.
  • Talent capital Management (high potentials, succession planning): annual review done, Team handling role.
  • Lead all HR, payroll related legal and tax compliances with respect to set-up of India entity of the captive.
