About the Role
We're searching for a dynamic, conversion-oriented Outbound Strategist to join our team and help manage and execute cutting-edge outbound campaigns.
This is a full-time remote position.
Salary - $600 to $650 per annum
What You’ll Do ✨
As an Outbound Strategist, you’ll:
Lead Campaign Strategy: Design and manage outbound marketing campaigns on Email and LinkedIn.
Craft Compelling Messaging: Create high-performing cold email and LinkedIn messaging to drive positive responses.
Innovate Campaign Angles: Identify, evaluate, and test new approaches to maximize campaign impact.
Optimize Lead Targeting: Build robust lead-targeting processes using multiple data sources to generate high-intent prospect lists.
Measure & Improve Performance: Evaluate campaign metrics, recommend optimizations, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
Client Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports highlighting campaign successes.
Attract Traffic & Retarget:
Develop lead magnets for websites to attract traffic and promote them in communities like subreddits, Discord channels, and forums.
Example: Create a lead magnet on "How to book X amount of sales calls" and advertise it in niche communities. Use tools like RB2B to engage with the audience.
Target Followers:
Engage with your followers or scrape competitors' followers using tools like Phantom Buster or ScrapeLi.
Enrich scraped profiles to maximize outreach effectiveness.
Track Social Signals:
Monitor posts like "I’m looking for a GTM expert" using tools such as Trigify.io to identify and respond to opportunities.
Leverage a LinkedIn Inbound Funnel:
Use lead magnets created via Distribute, automate message-sending with LeadShark, and enrich profiles with Persana AI for B2B outreach.
Retarget Newsletter Subscribers:
Run specific campaigns for targeted newsletter audiences using platforms like Substack or beehiiv to improve engagement and conversions.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in outbound marketing or sales.
Exceptional English proficiency .
Expertise with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Clay .
A tech-savvy mindset and ability to adapt to new software quickly.
Proven expertise in crafting cold emails that convert.
Experience in the Tech, SaaS, Mobile App, or Software industries (preferred).
Background in roles like SDR, BDR, or Sales Executive with relevant expertise.
