**Job Overview**:
As an **Outbound Telesales Executive**, you will be responsible for generating sales through proactive outbound calls. You will identify potential customers, introduce them to the company’s products or services, and convert leads into sales. Your key focus will be meeting or exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from a provided database.
- Promote and explain the benefits of the company’s products/services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,356.79 - ₹37,166.06 per month
