Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Scrum Master with strong experience in Healthcare and Medical Device domains. The ideal candidate will be an Agile champion, capable of driving execution rigor, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring business value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive for a higher say/do ratio, ensuring commitments are met and business value is delivered.
  • Lead a test automation framework development team with prior hands-on experience in automation.
  • Oversee teams working on BDD automation, including planning, execution scheduling, dashboard presentations, and action tracking to closure.
  • Manage large-scale automated test suites and ensure efficient execution cycles.
  • Conduct effective retrospectives to instill a lean mindset and improve team deliverables effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce technical debt and promote "right first time" delivery.
  • Foster a shift-left approach for early defect detection and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance execution bonding.
  • Be a proactive problem solver ("go-getter") with crisp and clear communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in Healthcare & Medical Device industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and application of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in automation testing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead automation efforts using BDD frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities.
