The individual in this role will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their interior design needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, offering product recommendations, and overseeing the execution of design projects. Additionally, this role involves training new team members and managing various sales processes.Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills- Proven Sales experience and aptitude- Sales Management capabilities- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills- Ability to work collaboratively within a team- Experience in interior design or related industries is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field- Immediate Joiners Preffered.- Strictly with 1-3 Years of Work Experience with Home Interiors Background.
