Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executives
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for
freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of sales experience
who want to build a career in the interiors & lifestyle industry. You will be mentored by senior sales leaders, interact with premium clients, and learn how to take a lead from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling showroom walk-ins and client inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate with the design team.
  • Build rapport with potential clients to generate leads.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain client records and follow-ups in CRM/ERP.
  • Learn sales techniques to gradually manage independent client meetings.
  • Contribute to monthly sales targets and team goals.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    0–6 months in sales (internship/fresher candidates encouraged).
  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate, persuasive, and willing to learn.
  • Interest in
    interior design / real estate / lifestyle industry
    is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
