**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will work closely with our experienced sales professionals, learning the ins and outs of the real estate industry while contributing to the growth of our company. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in generating new business by identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, online listings, etc.)

* Support senior sales executives in client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

* Assist in property presentations and help clients understand property features, pricing, and potential benefits.

* Prepare and manage sales documentation, including offers, contracts, and related paperwork.

* Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track leads, contacts, and follow-ups.

* Attend team meetings and sales training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Requirements:**

* A strong interest in real estate sales and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

* A positive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.

* Basic knowledge of the real estate market is a plus but not required.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
