This initiative is designed to help young, motivated individuals gain hands-on exposure to real projects and develop the skills required to excel in the
corporate office

commercial

home interiors
sectors.

What You'll Learn & Work On:

  • End-to-end exposure to
    corporate and commercial interior projects
    .
  • Understanding of
    fit-out execution processes
    , including design detailing, material coordination, and site management.
  • Working closely with
    architects, designers, and project managers
    on live projects.
  • Developing knowledge of
    sustainable and quality-driven design execution
    .
  • Learning
    coordination, project documentation, and client interaction
    fundamentals.

Who Can Apply:

  • Freshers (B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design / Civil / Architecture)- with passion on hardcore interior fitouts- design & build
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience
    in design or interior execution.
  • Individuals who are
    passionate, committed, and eager to learn
    the intricacies of corporate and commercial interior fit-outs.
