Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our team at the cold drink counter in a Shopping Mall at Nagawara Village, Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve cold drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.

  2. Sales: Promote sales by suggesting products, handling customer queries, and resolving issues.

  3. Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our cold drink menu, ingredients, and promotions.

  4. Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

  5. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized counter area, adhering to hygiene standards.

  6. Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Age: 18-25 years

  2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  3. Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience an advantage

  4. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  5. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  6. Language: English/Hindi/Kannada

What We Offer:

  1. Rs.10000 to Rs.12000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
