  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking forums to generate leads.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
  • Objective: Build partnerships with other businesses or service providers to expand reach.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish partnerships with complementary businesses (e.g., accounting firms, HR consultancies, or tech companies).
  • Collaborate with partners for co-branded marketing efforts and client sharing.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with strategic partners to explore cross-selling opportunities.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Objective: Meet and exceed revenue targets by selling legal services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sales metrics, performance, and growth.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure that legal services are sold in a consultative manner, aligning offerings with client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional legal services.
4. Market Research & Industry Trends
  • Objective: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and service demands.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes in the service industry that may impact clients.
  • Provide insights on emerging trends and changes in client behavior to influence service offerings.
  • Analyze competitor strategies, service offerings, and pricing to position the company effectively in the market.
5. Product Knowledge & Client Education
  • Objective: Ensure thorough knowledge of legal services and provide value-based consultations to clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s legal services, including contracts, compliance, IP, POSH, etc.
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of proactive legal support and tailor solutions to their specific business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop client-specific legal solutions and proposals.
6. Contract Negotiation & Closing
  • Objective: Facilitate successful contract negotiations and close deals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance) to finalize service agreements and pricing.
  • Ensure timely signing of contracts and smooth onboarding of new clients.
7. Client Retention & Satisfaction
  • Objective: Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly check in with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with legal services.
  • Address any concerns or feedback from clients and coordinate with the legal team for solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client retention and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
8. Reporting & CRM Management
  • Objective: Maintain accurate records and ensure transparency in business development activities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline through CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports to management on business development performance and revenue forecasts.
  • Track all business development activities, including sales leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
9. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Objective: Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the smooth delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine promotional strategies and materials.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to streamline onboarding and project management for new clients.
